Solutions for the scratches happened in drawing process
The principal reducing adhesion-wear must be abided by in solving the scratches problem in drawing process by means of changing property of contact as begin point.The following is to analysis the three parts which consist of the contact including the materials of the processed part ,between the workpiece and die ,and the respect of mould.
1)The materials of the processed parts
Through surface treatment on the materials ,such as phosphorization,plastic-spraying and other ways ,so as to form a non-metallic film on the materials’ surface and greatly reduce or eliminate the drawing scratches by means of this way .On the contrary, it pushes the cost high ,and need add extra producing equipments and increase producing processes .Although it takes some effects sometimes,few actual application.
2.Between the workpiece and die
Sometimes it is also available to solve the drawing scratches problem by adding a kind of PVC film between the workpiece and die .For the production line can be achieved through continuous supply of films ,however for the stamping equipments produced cyclely,it will affect the efficiency if cover a film as long as produce a workpiece. .By this way ,it’s cost is very high and also produce a large amount of waste ,however for the big size workpiece with few quantiy ,it s available to take this way .
3)In the respect of mould
Through changing the convex and concave mould’s material or taking surface treatment on the convex and concave mould ,so that make changes on the property of contact between workpiece and convex and concave mould. Practice has proven that it is the most effective and economic way to solve the scratch problem ,and also is the commonly adopted way .
