Tungsten Carbide Material without Binder Phase—Super Wear-Resistant Carbide Nozzle for Water Cutting Tool

This grade has been developed for wear-resistant aim without binder phase, its grain size is around 200 nanometer, making the tungsten carbide material with excellent wear-resistant performance and hardness as HV2800.The application for it is as following.

1)    For carbide nozzle with water cutting tool, the nanometer carbide material without binder phase improves the service life significantly and dramatically, as the nozzle for the water cutting tool, its service life is 130~180 hours.

2)    For using as parts with excellent wear-resistant and corrosion-proof performance.
