Inner-Hole Diameter Selection for the Tungsten Carbide Cutting Disc
The inner-hole diameter of the tungsten carbide cutting disc is a comparatively parameter ,which is mainly decided by the equipment, but for the carbide cutting disc with diameter over 250mm , in order to keep its stability ,please take the equipment with big hole diameter. At present ,the standard hole diameter in domestic is 20mm for the outer diameter under 120mm ,inner-hole diameter as 25.4mm for outer diameter between120 to 230mm,if the outer diameter over 250mm ,the inner hole diameter usually is 30mm ,but it is 15.875mm for some imported equipments .The inner hole diameter for the equipment with multiple cutting disc is comparatively complex ,it generally sets keyway to keep stable .However ,no matter what the size is for the inner hole diameter ,it is available to be reprocessed in the means of turning lath or wire-cutting machine. We can turn a pad for the big diameter ,and also can enlarge the hole with wire-cutting machine as per the actual needs .
The whole set of tungsten carbide cutting disc include type of alloy cutter head,substrate,outer diameter ,teeth number,thickness,teeth shape, angle ,inner-hole diameter etc parameters ,we have to select and match them optimally and reasonably so as to get its best performance.
