PDC tungsten carbide nozzle for oil drilling

The normal tungsten carbide nozzle profile is cylinder,which is capable to spread stress on the rock surface evenly. In the drilling process,it is very helpful to increase the drilling speed and keep drilling safety by means of restraining of forming and growing of mud-pies,The PDC direction-oriented carbide nozzle is a jetting nozzle with one or more side-holes,which is fixed on the PDC drilling tools to clean the tools with multiple jettings to prevent mud-pies forming and growing,also cooling down the drilling teeth.
